Shipping policy
We fulfil orders within 24 hours if received Monday to Thursday. Orders received on a weekend will be fulfilled on a Monday.
We ship our parcels either via Australia Post or Aramex. A tracking reference will be provided to you upon fulfilment so that you can track the progress of your delivery.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are determined by distance to travel and weight. We offer free shipping for orders over $150. Bulkier items such as artwork and furniture may incur additional charges and are not eligible for our free shipping offer.
Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will hold your shipment until all items are in stock. If you wish to organise a split shipment, please contact our team. An additional postage fee of $10 applies to all split shipments.
We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Hali Home is not responsible for the handling, transport and delivery of your product(s) from the time they are lodged with the shipping provider. If, however, your items arrive damaged, please contact us in the first instance to see if we can liaise with the transport agent to arrange a suitable outcome.
Hali Home is not responsible for transport delays due to public holidays, weather or courier errors and issues. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit but in this instance, will do everything we can to assist track down your parcel.
