Bush Botanicals Side Car Recipe
Left over brandy from the trifle? Put that to good use with this Side Car classic cocktail recipe from Bush Botanicals!
Ingredients:
- Wild Citrus Infusion Bag
- 60ml brandy
- 30ml cointreau
- 25ml lemon juice
- Garnish: a twist of lemon and our Desert Lime Rimming Sugar (optional).
Step One: Infuse your brandy with our Wild Citrus Infusion Bag
- Place the cotton infusion bag into a jar and add 700ml of you chosen spirit.
- Seal the lid, shake gently, and infuse 3-4 hours for clear spirits and 4-5 hours for dark spirits.
- Remove the infusion bag and get ready to craft your favourite cocktails.
- Best consumed within 3 months of infusion for optimal flavour.
Step Two: Mix It!
- Add sugar rim to a chilled coupe glass.
- Add ingredients to shaker with ice.
- Shake, strain into glass and garnish.
